Great location, right next to a DLR station and close to the airport. The staff was helpful and arranged a taxi for us. The room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. Very easy to reach from Central London on public transportation.

The location was perfect for getting into London and the price was very good. The breakfast was decent, especially the veggie options. The room was clean and quiet, and the AC worked well. The staff here are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The basic amenities provided, such as the comfortable rooms and the Saturday bar, ensure a comfortable stay.
