Great location, right next to a DLR station and close to the airport. the staff was helpful and arranged a taxi for us. the room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. Very easy to reach from Central London on public transportation.
The breakfast options were limited and the cutlery was not clean. the room was small and there wasn't much hanging space.

Clean and comfortable rooms with great beds and powerful showers. Polite and knowledgeable staff provide exceptional customer service. Good parking facilities available. Compact but lovely facilities ensure a good night's sleep despite the proximity to the airport. The breakfast team went above and beyond in ensuring guests had a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect for getting into London and the price was very good. The breakfast was decent, especially the veggie options. The room was clean and quiet, and the AC worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when I had trouble with the sofa bed. Overall I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the EastEnd, offering clean and convenient rooms for a great value. The location is perfect for visiting the area and is especially ideal for those attending events at the Excel exhibition centre. The staff here are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The basic amenities provided, such as the comfortable rooms and the Saturday bar, ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of hot, fresh items, including options for vegetarians.
All was fine, no improvements needed.
